Session title: The Impact Of Technologies On Organisational Culture and Behaviour                                                                                            

Digital Transformation has been expanding across most businesses beyond IT to not only include marketing, finance and HR but also healthcare, manufacturing, retail and energy. The O&G industry is somehow unique in its processes and the uncertainties with various aspects associated natural resources, their models, technologies, expertise, organisational structure, market/prices, politics etc.

Digital Transformation including smart communication means exists at various maturity levels; nonetheless, it has already changed the ways human lives and works. Several discussions have been made about the business improvement opportunities, the challenges and risks of this industry. All the discussions about Digitalisation mostly look at business dimensions that are associated with technologies.  The least considered in these discussions is people, their social values, relationships, morals, happiness, trust and personal lives.  This session will not focus on technologies within the business dimensions, but will focus on the human side of this ever growing business.
