What is ENGenious Online?
What are the benefits?
This is an online event platform, allowing you to access industry content, research opportunities and book one-to-one video meetings with contacts online regardless of their location. Our portal provides you with access to all the contacts who have pre-registered to attend the online event and is your personal tool to furthering your objectives and goals.
At ENGenious Online, exhibitors will hold virtual stands to showcase their solutions. You will easily be able to the full list of offerings on show, including company profiles, product listings, video demonstrations, and guided tours to ensure you have the most engaging experience.
Visitors, exhibitors and sponsors can schedule one-to-one meetings – with no third-party software required! Your virtual meeting will include chat functionality, video capabilities and lists of names and pictures of everyone on the call with completed profiles.

Manage your own schedule with full calendar integration and put yourself in the best position for three productive days of meetings. Take control of who you want to meet using our 3 search tools:
- Smart search: Broaden the reach of your leads with the smart search functionality. This allows users to search and filter contacts to a wider range of companies, personal profiles and products.
- Matchmaking: Our advanced meetings algorithm matches users directly with the most relevant profiles in the database through the power of targeted networking.
- Free-text search: Search for new contacts using a free-text search, alongside the search and suggested results. Plan your new leads around keyword research and see what unexpected contacts you can find.

ENGenious Online Symposium and Plenaries
Do I have access to content?
You can access all content via the Sessions and Plenaries area. In order to access the Virtual Symposium attendees can upgrade to a SPE Virtual Symposium pass for £215 and have access to industry leading content.
If you are a SPE Virtual Symposium pass holder, you have access to the full event symposium hosted by SPE. Add sessions to your event schedule and receive reminders during the show.

Can I upgrade my ticket to access the SPE Virtual Symposium content?
If you would like to participate in the SPE Virtual Symposium, you can upgrade your access directly within the ENGenious Online event platform. No need to re-register for the event.
How do I manage my personal profile and company information?
Complete your profile and objectives as you would like to appear to potential partners.
Users can link with contacts by searching, filtering and requesting meetings.
Please ensure that your company profile is complete when you set up your profile. This is the page that will represent you and your colleagues at the event.
I am using the platform on behalf of someone else
That's fine, just make sure that the email address provided is the one that you wish all communication to be sent to.
How do I book meetings?
Once you have narrowed down your search results you can click on the 'ID card' to view further information about the contact and request a meeting with them. Click 'request meeting' to proceed to the booking page.
How do I find meetings?
The portal will allow you to quickly and accurately identify potential new contacts that operate in the market you're looking for. Use the drop down menus to select the areas you are interested in, to generate results and find interesting new people, with whom you can arrange meetings. Play around with the search options and refine your criteria - each combination will bring up a different list of results.
I want to add meetings to my calendar
You can add your confirmed meetings to your calendar by clicking on 'Add to Calendar'.
I can't find the person that I want to meet
The system is populated with more contacts regularly, right up until the day of the event. Make sure that you keep checking back to find your future connections. If you have any special requests or would like to check the participation of any company or individual, please do feel free to contact us so that we contact them on your behalf. Wishlists are acted upon by the customer service team, so get in touch!
How long are the meetings?
Each time slot is 30 minutes long.
What times are meetings available?
You can book meetings at any time between 8:30am – 7pm BST.
Where will my meetings take place?
All meetings will take place online within the portal, this means that as long as you have internet connection and access to the portal you can take your video meeting from any location.
How many people can attend a meeting?
You can invite up to 8 colleagues to join you and your meeting partner in your video meeting.
What do I do if my meeting partner did not show up for our video meeting?
If your meeting partner did not show up to your video meeting then please let the team know via Live Chat, Telephone or Email as soon as possible. The team will endeavour to get in touch with your meeting partner to see if the meeting can be re-arranged for another convenient time during the online event. Additionally, please note that you will have access to your confirmed meeting partners contacts details if you wish to also reach out to them. You can find these in your personal meeting schedule on the ‘My Schedule’ page.
