Sandy Leitch is the Electrical and PACO Discipline Lead for Shell UK Ltd – UK Projects, Sandy leads a team of Electrical and Instrument engineers providing discipline engineering support to UK Projects and Operating assets. Sandy is Shell UKs Technical Authority for Instrumentation and Control  and also Technical Authority for PCD Integrity with over thirty years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry. Sandy previously worked for ConocoPhillips and over his career has held a variety of Operations, Maintenance, Engineering  and Project roles. Sandy is a Member of the Institute of Measurement and Control and sits on the North of Scotland local section Committee. Sandy is an Incorporated Engineer and has a BSc (Hons) From the Open University.
