ARGOS Competition is motivated by the development of mobile autonomous inspection and intervention robots that can meet the performance and safety challenges of persistent operations in O&G surface sites in land and off-shore. This sessions addresses Total's lessons learnt from ARGOS competition and the path forward for ensuring the successful deployment and industry acceptance of robots in real-world unmanned inspection & maintenance use cases.
