By train
The main train station in Aberdeen is approximately 3 miles from the AECC.
Trains travel to and from Aberdeen from a range of destinations throughout the UK, with 19 trains a day to Edinburgh, 16 to Glasgow and 3 to London.

By car
Aberdeen can be reached from the north or the south by the A90, which runs from Fraserburgh to Edinburgh, and passes through the heart of Aberdeen City. The A96 connects Aberdeen to Inverness, in the North West of the country, as well as to a number of villages and towns in between.
By taxi
A Taxi Rank is located outside the Holiday Inn by the Conference entrance, the only location permitted for drop-off/pick-up.
Taxis can be pre-booked from the taxi desk inside the Conference entrance.

By air
Aberdeen International Airport is very well-connected, whether you’re travelling from within the UK, from Europe or further afield and is just a 6 mile drive from the AECC. It is also possible to travel from the airport by FREE Shuttle Bus or Taxi - more information coming soon.
By sea
As the principal sea port of the north east of Scotland, Aberdeen is served by Northlink Ferries, which run to and from Lerwick, the main port of the Shetland Isles, and Kirkwall, the capital of the Orkneys.
Aberdeen's ferry terminal is located on Regent Road, a short walk from the city centre and from the bus and railway stations on Guild Street, where onward connections and taxis are available.
Onward ferry connections from Lerwick to Iceland, Norway and the Faroe Islands are available from Smyril Ferries.
